That Cartoon.
Early this morning a cartoon supposed
to represent a ring, with the words print
ed below ‘‘lt's the way the ring wants it
to be,”” was found on our'street. The pre
duction was very poor, we do not know
who the ‘‘dady” of-this cartoon is, and
hope never to know To say ths least of
it, the author of the cartoon in our opin- |
ion was a candidate with a lost hope. It l
is deplorable to think that any man in
the race would be guilty of circulting such
rot on the day of the primary.
