GOING AFTER FARMERS
Capping the already good work ot
the Georgia & Florida Railway ac
complished during the last few years
through its advertising campaign
along agricultural development lines
which has resulted in the establish
ment of one of the most attractive
colonization plants in the state, Mr.
W. E. French, general industrial
agent, is leaving today with a supply
of 40,000 special advertising sheets
and a consignment of potatoes, oats,
watermelons, cantaloupes, and other
farm products, together with fifty
photo enlargements the
farming country along the line of
the road.
The special occasion is the annual
conference of the Dunkard church to
be held at Winona Lake, Indiana,
June Bth to 16th.
The Dunkard people are /5 per
cent farmers, and Mr. French has en
gaged desirable rooms at the Winona
Hotel, where he will hold forth the
Georgia headquarters, and he will be
assisted by several Dunkards who are
familiar with the Georgia & Florida
Railway territory, and it is expected
that this campaign will result in
bringing a large number of progres
sive farmers to Georgia this year.
Mr. D. F. Kirkland, who is in
charge of all work of this nature for
the railroad, will join Mr. French at
Winona Lake in a few days, remain
ing there for the period of the con
ference.
It is estimated that there will be
between 60,000 and 75,000 people on
the grounds, which, as a mattey of
fact affords a great opportunity to
exploit a country amongst some of
America’s most thrifty farmers.

TROUBLES.
‘"Tanlac has been such a blessing
to me I can’t help singing its praises,”
said Mrs. T. J. Archer, highly es
teemed resident of 1147 Sheppard St.,
Petersburg, Va.
“I had indigestion so bad I couldn’t
eat a thing without being in misery
for hours, and the pain around my
J heart caused by the gas seemed all I
; could stand. I constantly had head
aches and awful spells of dizziness.
Then to make matters worse, rheu
matism in my arms, shoulders and
knees almost drove me to distraction,
and for three months I couldn’t do a
stroke of work.
“I had just about decided it was no
use to take any more medicine when
my husband brought me a bottle of
Tanlac. Now I never have a touch
of indigestion. Headaches and dizzy
spells are a thing of the past, and
rheumatism has left me entirely. I
never have known a medicine to
equal Tanlac.”
Tanlac is sold by all good druggists
