tract of land conveyed by Mrs. Al

company at Vidalia, Georgia, at public outcry, to the
highest bidder for cash, to satisfy freight and other
lawful charges, one carload of coal contained in
Southern car 194199, shipped by Deßardeleben Coal
Corporation from Birmingham, Alabama, on Novem
ber 27th, 1926, to Vidalia Ice & Coal Company, Vi
dalia, Georgia. Said coal has been refused by con
signee and abandoned by shipper.
