A STRAIGHT SPINE FOR A
SMOOTH VOYAGE
When the human spine gets out
of line it causes pressure on one of
the great nerve trunks that sup
plies the body with vital energy
and that part effected soon be
comes abnormal from the starva
tion it suffers by the reduction or
stoppage of the vital force from
the brain.
As long as the spine is in line
the body is able to take care of
jts own troubles and this is exactly
what it does do after the Chiro
praetor removes the pressure by
an adjustment.
A straight spine is the secret of
a smooth voyage through life. Try
the Chiropractic health system if
you want results. Call or phone
for appointment and free spinal
analysis.

Goodyear Establishes
New Production Mark
“W’hen the hundred-millionth Good
year tire was produced in April by .
the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Com- !
pany at Akron, Ohio, it marked a
manufacturing accomplishment with- j
out parallel in the rubber industry,
according to Mr. Shuman, Goodyear
dealer of this city.
“This achievement is of particular
significance to the tire user and car
! owner,” Mr. Shuman said, “for into j
I every Goodyear tire goes the exper
: ience gained in establishing a word’s
\ record in the tire production, and the
skill of the largest development and
engineering organization in the tire
business.
“In addition to one hundred million
pneumatic tires, Goodyear has pro
duced more than three million solid
and cushion tires and thousands of
bicycle and carriage tires in the early
years of the company’s existance.
“Beginning in 1898 the Goodyear
organization started a line of un
broken developments in tire building
which included the first practical j
cord tire, the pneumatic truck tire,
and the company’s largest product,
a scientifically designed balloon tire
which was placed on the market in ■
January of this year after two years ;
of development and road service on
the Goodyear test car fleet.
“The widespread acceptance of
this ne.v tire has been remarkable,
more than one million being sold in
eighty days in all parts of the world,”
Mr. Shuman declared.
According to the local Goodyear
dealer it would require 55,524 freight
cars composing a railroad train more
than 420 miles long to transport the
one hundred million tires built by
Goodyear.

Watch Baby’s
Health in Hot
Weather
During hot weather, mothers should
keep a close watch over babies. Food
sours, gas forms and baby suffers with
colic and other painful stomach and bowel
troubles.
Mrs. Wm. G. Jones, Woodville, Aia.,
says, "My baby had inflamed-bowels when
the hot weather began and was very sick
for three weeks. I gave Teethina after
everything else had failed and it was cer
tainly a blessing. I cannot praise Teethina
too highly for little ones.”
Mother, don’t take chances. Give baby
Dr. Moffett's Teethina at the first sign of
fretfulness. In millior.3 of cases this pre
scription has proven to be a sure, safe
corrective.
Teethina contains nothing that can harm
the most delicate stomach ; it quickly moves
poisonous bile from the stomach and
bowels, corrects acid conditions, aids
digestion and aids nature in building
baby's strength and vitality. Physicians
and nurses recommend it and all druggists
cell it. Price SOc.

IN MEMORY
On June 9, 1927, our dear baby,
Juanita, took her flight from this
I earthly world to heaven. She had
only been with us 1 year, 5 months,
24days when our blessed Saviour saw
fit to take her out of this cold sinful
world of care.
O! our sweet babe, it is so hard to
give it up. The hours are so long;
the days drift by so slowly. But our
j dar Lord never makes mistakes, for
! when He was seeking among his
! flowers, he picked one of ours.
Two little hands have sweetly folded,
Upon its silent breast;
Her little heart within has numbered,
All its throbs and gone to rest.
Two little eyes have closed forever,
To earths unholy sight;
Two little charming wings now hover,
In heaven’s golden light.
O! we loved her, yes, we loved her,
But Jesus loved her more;
And He has sweetly called her,
yonder shining shore.
Oh! what a comfort, dear Redeemer,
Ty grace and love have given;
That when life’s days are ended
We will meet our baby in heaven.
CARD OF THANKS
We wish to extend our sincere ap
preciation and thanks to all who were
so kind and thoughtful during the
illenss and death of our husband and
1 father.
