Two Weddings Sunday.
There were two weddings in the
vicinity of Homer Sunday.
For some time Mr. R. D. Steph

been sweethearts, but on account of
parental objections, they did not grt
to si e eachother as often as they
liked..
But, you know, "love laughs at
.lock-smiths,” ami “where there's a
will there’s always a wav.” So .Sun
day morning Miss Stevens went on
a visit to the family of Mr, Matcus
Cox, several miles away, and cf
course, Mr. R. I) Stephens knew of
it. Ile called for her with horse ami j
buggy and drove rapidly to the home j
of Horton Blackwell, Eso., where
they were quietly marrie 1. Air.
Stephens is a worthy ami energetic
