To the Worshipful Master, Wardens
and Brethren of Dover Lodge No 23
F. and A. M.
We, your committee, appointed to
draft suitable resolutions on the
death of Bro. B. G. Qail, beg leave to
submit the following:
As death in his devastations has
invaded our ranks and there is a va
cancy chair in our Lodge room, our
hearts are sad because our beloVed
brother, B. G. Cail, has gone to his
reward.
Therefore, be it resolved:
First. That in his death the fra
ternity has lost a true and faithful
brother, his family a faithful hus
band and father, and the community
one of its best citizens.
Second. That we extend sympa
thy and aid to his bereaved family.
Third. That one page on our
Lodge record be dedicated to his
memory and these resolutions trans
cribed thereon.
Fourth. That the Sylvanian Tel
ephone and the Millen News be re

ISAAC SILVER, Sylvania,
family of the deceased brother.
Brother Gail affiliated with our
Lodge in April, 1900, coming from
Screven Lodge. He had been a
faithful member of the fraternity
for many years and while he never
rose to any high station, he was a
very punctual in attendance his
ear was never deaf to the cry of a
worthy distressed brother, his widow
or his orphan. But while our broth
er is gone and we will nevermore
meet him here, let us hope to meet
him in the Grand Lodge above where
there is no death. Brother Cail was
buried with the usual Masonic hon

13th, 1901.
