By virtue of an order ol tLe Court of
Ordinary of said county, will be sold be
fore the Court House door at Greenville
in said county, between the legal hours

wit: Tha* place in Meriwether county,
commouly kiown as “l’he Warm
Springs, “ einbracing the following lots
and part* l of lots of laud in the second
District of said county, vie Lots num
bers 80, 117, 118 188, 137, 189, 150 and
180, (each ot the aforesaid lots contain
iug 2U2| acres more or less;) and 50 acres
more or less, cff of the south side ot Lot
105; and 92 acres more or less oft of the
North side of Lot 100, and 40 acres more
or less off of the south side of the sum*
lot; and all of lot 119, except 50 acres in
the northwest corner of said lot; and nil

David C Rose to John Haudly; and the
north half of lot 140 The whole of the
aioresaid settlement comprising twenty

soap dishes, 3 sofas, 6 pitchers, 1 boo*
stand, 1 cane bottom settee, 21 lamps. 2
feather beds, 1 Piuno-;e te (new uptight*)
: 6 tumblers, 3 side boards. 18 fly trap-*,
15 Dining loom tables (4 walnuts,] 8
i*arlor t tatiles, 1 fly fan, 2 large coffee pots,
2 chafing dishes, 6 fly brushes, 2 Hotel
stoves and fixtures. 1 dish pan and wash
er, 1 Billiard table and fixtures, 1 Pool
table, 1 set of bar fixtures, 2 clocks, 1
lot ol crockery and cutlery, 1 iron safe,
2 grass hammocks. Also, the following
property in the city ot Columbus, Ga. to
wit: Part of town lot number 165,
known as the Muscogee Home corner,
fronting 55 feet on the south side ol bt.
Clair Street, and 137 feet on the west
side of Oglethorpe street, on which the.e
is now * landing a two story brick store
house, on the south end of the lot. front*
lug 25 feet on Oglethorp St. Also, two
vacant lots in said city ol Columbus,Ga ~
Nos 444 aud 445. on the west side of Me
Intosh bt each containing one-half acre.
Also, the following bodies of land in
Talbot county, Ga. to wit. the east had
of lot 16, and fractional lot 17. in the 10th
listric t Lots No 15, 19, 20, 21 and 49,
aud off of No. 16, and fractional No 18,
in the 11th district. Also Fractional lots
S os 15, 16 an.l 17. one third of 1 A No 22
off ol the west side of said lot, 19 1-2 j
acres in the Southwest corner of lot No
20, and all of No 52. except 191 acres,off,
about equally from th • south east aud
southwest corner ot s .id lot. all being in
the 16th district. Also fractional lot No 1
in the 17th district, aud adjoining the
above body of land iu Talbot coumv, the
north half ol lot No 55 .in Marion county,
the same being, (as are most of (be above
in Talbot,) wildlands.
Tbe above body of lands comprise
about 2015 acres. There is a go**4 dwell
ing on fractional lot No 17 iu the 10th
district, situated withiu 50 yards of jthe
Railroad. Lot No. 52 adjoiues the lot
on which is the town of Geneva. Thesu
lands all lie iu a body along the W.
Railroad.
Also, the following stocks to wit One
hundred and thirty-six shares of the
capital stoe of the Southwestern Rail
road Company. Sixteen shares of the
oapitol stock o/ the Contrail Railroad and
Banking Company. Five and 47-100
shares of the common stock of th© Mo
bile & Girard Railroad Cos. and uvj
shares of the Washington and New Or
leans Company, all sold as the properly
