transient one shall pay, tor each month or less

10. Every banker, broker or other person doing a
hanking, brokerago or exchange business, or on-
gaged la baying or selling exchange, currency,
bonds, stooks or other securities for e profit, or In
loaning money, shaving notes, discounting com
mercial paper, or collootlog same and charging
theiefor, or advancing on collaterals for commis
sion, Interest or otherwise, whether he keep an of

that every person who shall spread any seine, gill
or eel net tor the purpose of taking ether fish or
terrapins from any of the waters embraced within
the limits of the city of Brunswick, shall bo sub
ject, on conviction therefor before the ,'ullce Oourt,
to a fine not exceeding one hundred d.-lisrs, or la
bor on the public streets for a term not rxceedlng
sixty days.
