Rules and Regulations.
1st. This Fair shall bo open to competition to res
idents of tho counties of Glynn, Charlton, Camden,
McIntosh, Piorce, Ware, Wayno and Liberty, who
are cordially invited to enter exhibta and competo
for premiums.
2d. No animal or articlo shall be onterod to com
pete for more than one premium.
3d. All animals shall be entered in tho names of
tho owners thereof; all articles iu the uumod of ei.
tber tho manufacturers, tho producor* or tho fa«
tors thereof.
4th. No animal or article fintorod shall be re
moved from tho Fair daring its continuance, ox-
cept on tho written permit of the Secretary of tho
Society.
6th. No animal or articlo will bo awarded a pre
mium uniess there Is coiqpetltion, but Judges wilt
have tho power to make special awards.
6th. The Society will furnish feed for stock and as
sistance to care for tho same.
7th. Tho on try boobs will bo closed at 12 u. on the
first day of the fair.
8th. Every article or animal upon tho ground!
during tho Fair shall bo nndor control of the Fair
Committee; aud whilst evry possible precaution
will bo taken for the safe keeping of tho same, the
Society will, iu no case, he responsible for loss or
damages.
