to the starting point. Deed of recon
veyance having been filed and record
ed in the Clerk's Office of the Superior

by virtue of an execution issued from
the City Court of Cartersville, Bartow
County, Georgia, in favor of J. A.
White against R. E. Wilson, as tlie

will be sold as the property of K. D.
Chilton to satisfy one fifa issued from
the City Court of Cartersville, Bartow

resents to the court iu her petition,
duly filed, that she has fully adminis
tered Miss Mattie Loveless’ estate,
this is therefore to cite all persons
concerned, to show cause, if any they
can why said Mrs. Annie Horan, ad
ministratrix aforesaid, should not be
discharged from her administration,
and receive letters of dismission on
the first Monday in November, 1917.

By virtue of an order granted in
case of Davenport Brothers vs. Mul
linix Brothers et al, No. January
Term, 1917, Superior Court of Bartow
county, Georgia, the undersigned re
ceiver will sell before the Court House
door in Cartersville, Georgia, on the
first Tuesday in November, 1917, at
public outcry to the highest bidder be
tween the legal hours of sale that cer
tain farm bought by Mullinix Brothers
from W. A. Jolly, and more fully des
cribed as follows:
That certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the Seventeenth
District and Third Section of Bartow
County, Georgia, to-wit: A certain
farm supposed to contain four hundred
sixty acres, more or less, formerly
known as the Terhune place, and also
sometimes known as the Huson place,
and being the farm conveyed by Mrs.
John W. Akin as executrix of the es
tate of John W. Akin, deceased, to W.
A. Jolly, and H. J. Jolly, by deed dated
January 21, 1909 and recorded in
Clerk's Office, Bartow Superior Court,
and comprising the following lots of
land, to-wit: Number Ninety-three,
Ninety-four, Ninety-five. Ninety-six!

Twenty-one, One Hundred Twenty-two,
