to be made in writing addressed to the Mayor
and Commissioners, giving grounds of com

of, and filed with the city Clerk on or before
the 20th day of July 1914.

here the first Sunday in August. Mr.
Matthews lived at this place until a
few years ago. He is a young man and
has just started out to work for Jesus.

attended by a large crowd.

Peach gathering is the order of the
day at this writing. Quite a lot of fine
peaches are being shipped and fairly
good prices are ‘being received.
Some are talking of quiting their
crop pretty soon but the rainy weather
will bring about some more hard work
for the farmer in this vicinity.
