cinnati, Ohio. W. Y. Davey, of Johnson
City, Tenn., and D. S. Leonard, of
Hiram, Ga., respectfully shows:
1.
That they desire for themselves,
their associates, and successors, to be
incorporated and made a body politic,
for a period of twenty years under the
name and style of
YEAGER MINING COMPANY.

The principal office of said company]
shall be In the City of Hiram, County j
of Paulding and State of Georgia, but I

lish branch offices within this state, or j
elsewhere, whenever they so desire.

io: all other ores, minerals, fossflls,
sands and scone, and constructing such
works, tramways, railways, aerial
tramways, pipe lines, washers, mills,

put or product of the mines to the
railroad or spur tracks and success
fully carry on said ‘ plant, or plants,
and mine and market any or all of the
above mentioned ores or and
the right to erect houses and other
buildings, take and operate under
leases or lease any property held by
them, and the right to buy and sell
any and all kinds of merchandise.

The capital stock of said corpora
tion shall be Five Thousand Dollars
|$5,000.00) with the privilege of in
creasing the same to the sum of
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00),
said stock to he divided into shares
of SI.OO each. Ten per cent of the
amount of Capital stock to be employ
ed by them has been actually paid in.
Petitioners desire the right to have
the subscriptions to said capital stock
paid in money or property to be taken
at a fair valuation.
Petitfoners desire the right to sue
and be sued, to plead and be implead
ed. to have and use a common seal, to
make all necessary by-laws and regula-
and to do all things that may
be necessary for the successful carry
ing on of said business, including the
right to buy, hold, and sell or lease
real estate and personal property suit
able! to the purposes of the corpora
tion, and to execute notes and bonds
as evidence of indebtedness incurred,
or which may he incurred, in the con
duct of the affairs of the corporation
and to secure the same by mortgage,
security deed, or other form of lien,
under existing laws.
7.
They desire for said corporation the
power and authority to apply for and
accept amendments to its charter of
either form or substance by a vote of
a majority of its outstanding stock
at the time. They also ask authority
for said incorporation to wind up its
affairs, liquidate and discontinue its
business ?.t any time it may determine
to do so by a vote of a majority of its
stock outstanding at the time.
8.
They desire for said incorporation
the right of renewal when and as pro
vided by the laws of Georgia, and that
it have all such other rights, powers,
privileges and immunities as are in
cident to like incorporations or per
missable under the laws of Georgia.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray to
be incorporated under the name and
style aforesaid with the powers, priv
ileges anTTimmunities herein set forth,
and as are now, or may hereafter he,
allowed a corporation of similar char
acter under the laws of Georgia.

City of Catrersville, Georgia, will re

September 20th. 1916, at the city of

of a city hall on the city's lot on the
corner of Erwin and Church streets,
except the plumbing, wiring and steam

Said building to be about 40 feet in
width and one hundred feet in length,
