The Sells-Floto Consolidated is truly a mammoth institution. When one has seen it from end to end, out side and inside, and has formed an in ventory of what he has seen and learn ed for a very nominal fee, how much real pleasure and benefit it has been, he can easily understand why a big three-ring circus, of the high standard of the Sells-Floto Shows, occupies the enviable position in the amusement world that it does. The far-famed Armour Dapple Grays $25,000 Prize Winners are also presented in conjunc tion with the Big Show. The show will be in Newnan on Wednesday, Oct. 20. Services to Be Resumed at the Epis copal Church. Rev. Russell K. Smith, rector of the Church of the Epiohany, Atlanta, has arranged to hold services at St. Paul’s Episcopal church one evening in each week, (Monday,) and cordially invites the good people of Newnan to co-oper ate with him, to the end that the weekly service may be made both in teresting and profitable. Mr. Smith is a pleasing talker, and an earnest and consecrated worker in the Lord’s vine yard. He asks the publication of the following announcement— “To the Citizens of Newnan ; Upon the request of Bishop C. K. Nelson, having oversight of all the Episcopal congregation in the diocese of Atlanta, J am arranging to begin again services at the Episcopal church in your com munity. which have been for some time discontinued, and in this movement I ask your earnest co-operation and sup port. It will be my effort to add some thing definite to the religious life of the town of Newnan, and the county of Coweta; to mingle as a minister of Je sus Christ with your people, and to foster a feeling of brotherly love and Christian fellowship, rather than to bring any contention or strife or relig ious acrimony among you. The plan is that our services shall be held in the church building on Wesley street each Monday night, and for me to spend Monday of each week visiting m.v own people, and any oLhers who may need or desire m.v ministrations. To these services I extend you all a most hearty welcome, and assure you that our peo pie will cordially receive you when you come. The members of the Eniscopal church and all other citizens who may be interested in having thane services conducted, are asked to meet me at the church building at 4 o’clock on Mon day, Oct. 18, in order that we may confer as to ways and means. It is es pecially important that this meeting be well attended. The first service will be held Monday evening, Oct. 18, at 7:30 o’clock. You are invited to come and take part in the services. Familiar hymns will be sung, and the service made easy for you to follow. “Trusting that God’s blessing may rest upon both you and us in this work. I am most faithfully yours, “Russell K. When tne show comes to the city the work of unloading will be well under w’ay with the rising of the sun, and there is little chance of the street display be ing late in leaving the grounds. Al ready choice locations for witnessing this display are in demand, and tho chances are that the streets, along which the parade will go, will be lined with admiring thousands, cheering the hand somest parade ever seen with a circus, and the Great Armour $25,000 Prize Team will be an unusual feature to Seems funny for so many newly-mar ried couples to go to Niagara Falls, when they are so soon to steer into other troubled waters. ^^M——f” ..i.MLTMMMpiamai 'T 'WJg nrawianiiWs.' oops Lake City, Fla., Dec. 24, 1908.
