THE ROAD TO LAUGHTERTOWN
O show me the road to Luuirhtertown,
For 1 have loHt my way!
1 wandered out of the path one day,
When my heart was broken, my hair turned Kray.
And 1 can’t remember how to play:
It’s all through BiRhin* and weeping, they say;—
O show’ me the road to Laugh ter town.
For 1 have lost the way!
Would you learn the road to Laughtortown.
O ye who have lost the way?
Would ye have a young heart, though your hair
be gray?
flo learn from a little child each day:
Go serve his wants, and play each play.
Anti catch the lilt of his laughter gay.
And follow hit*dancing feet aw they stray:
For he knows the road to Laughtortown,
O ye who have lost the wav!
