Miss Bun ice Knott, one of Car rollton’s prettiest little girls, is stopping with her many friends here for a few days. Mr. W. T. Stevens, one of oar live merchants, visited his uncle in Grinin last Sunday. A meeting of the Cotton Grow ers Association was held in Car rollton last Saturday, but Whites- burg was the only organized dis trict present. Miss Mary Lipscomb is visiting her grand-parents, Mr. and Mrs. Shell, in Senoia. Mr. J. H. Lipscomb is one of our livwt Sabbath school teachers. He is greatly missed when not present. His ample service has much to do with the present good attendance and progress in our Sunday school. The Methodist preacher, Bev. N. E. McBrayer, who has charge of this circuit for next year, ar rived last Friday night. His wife and two children came with him. Bra. McBrayer comes highly rec ommended.
