CITIZENS MEETING
In pursuance of a call issued by MsyorRich
ardson, a meeting of the citizens o( Lump¬
kin was held in the Court House on Monday
night. Mayor Richardson called the
order and stated that its object was

coining year. The meeting was
by electing Hon. R. F. Watts Chair
and arrison Secretary.
