boring town, Summerville, last Sat
urday, ni d was much pleased to
seethe evidences of thrift and cn

A number of new buildings have
been completed recently,and others
are in process of construction.
My old companion in ton?, Cap
tain J S. Cleghorn is having brick
made at the pmd just north of C.
C Cleghorn’s residence. The Cap
tuin is preparing to bui'd a fine
residence a nth of, and near to, the
big spring.
Sir. liiles shewed me through
his new stole, and if I am any
judge of such things I must siy

I ever saw. I would hke to give a
