ADMINISTRATOR’S SALE
Georgia, Walker County.
By virtue of an order from the
Court of Ordinary of Chattooga Coun
ty Georgia, will be gold at public out
cry on the first Tuesday in May 1924,
before the courthouse door in Walker
County, Georgia, within the legal
hours of sale the following described
tracts to wit:—The east half of that
tract of land, formerly known as the
W. T. Rea and Fannie Stout lands in
Lin wood, and being a port of lot of
land number 28, in the 7tih District
and 4th section of Walker County,
Georgia, and described as follows:
Beginning at a stake on the west aide
of Factory road near B telephone pole,
which in the year 1904 was numbered
4441, thence west to a stake on the
alley; thence north along said alley
one hundred and forty-five (145) feet
to a stake on the north line; thence
down the north line east a hundred
and fifty (150) feet to u stake on the
said Factory road; thence south to
beginning point, containing one half
(1-2) acre, more or less, and being
those lands- described in a deed from
W. T. Rea to Mrs. Fannie Stout, re
corded in Book 17, page 105, record j
of deeds of Walker County, to which
reference is hereby made. Also an un
divided nine tenths (9-10) interest in
one half (1-2) acre, more or less, of
said lot No. 28 and being the lands
adjoining and just west of the lands
above described and described as fol
lows:—Commencing at the south end
of the alley dividing the east and
west halves of the acre lot of land
heretofore owned jointly by Mrs. Fan
nie Stout and W. T. Rea; thence west
one hundred and fifty (150) feet to
a stake on the street tbence north a
long said street a hundred and forty
five (145) feet to a stake; thence east
a hundred and fifty (150) feet to a
stake on the west side of the alley
mentioned above; thence south along
said alley to beginning point and be
ing those lands conveyed by a deed
from J. H. B. Rea, et al, to the said
Mrs. Fannie Stout, which is recorded
on page 135, of Book No. 33, record
of deeds of Walker County, Georgia,
to which reference is hereby made.
Both said tracts of land being now in
possession of H. E. Murphy.
Each of the above stated tracts will
be sold separately, said property be
ing sold as the property of estate of
Mrs. Fannie Stout for the purpose of
payment of debts and distribution.

lay out and define the lines of said
proposed new district, report as to
whether it is necessary and expedient
to create said new militia district, and
also to determine whether proposed

described territory from which said
proposd new district is to be created,;
contains more than one hundred male
persons over twenty-one years of age,
and that, in our opinion it is neces
sary and expedient to create said pro- j
posed new district from the territory j
of said LaFayette District No. 871.
