On July ist., iqoq, certified inspection of all premises in the city will be started by direction of council, all property owners must have their places thoroughly cleaned, no one must throw dish-water, or other refuse out in yards, alleys or elsewhere, hut must provide a covered barrel, can or other receptacle. All weeds,grass and other noxious growth must be removed from yards and gardens and kept closely trimmed. Surface closets must be cleaned once=a=week and debris carried off premises and it is strictly a violation of city ordinance for any one to bury or otherwise dispose of this execre- ment and cases will be made against violators.
