\Ye know of no other medicine which has been so suc
cessful in relieving the suffering of women, or secured so
many genuine testimonials, as has Lydia E. Pinkham’s
Vegetable Compound.
Jn almost every community you will find women who
have been restored to health by Lydia E. Pinkham’s Veg
etable Compound. Almost every woman you meet has
either been benefited by it, or knows some one who has.
In the Pinkham Laboratory at Lynn, Mass., are files con
taining over one million cnc hundred thousand letters from
women seeking health, in which many openly state over
their own signatures that they have regained their_health by
taking Lydia E. Pinkham’s Vegetable Compound.
Lydia E. Pinkham’s Vegetable Compound lias saved
many women from surgical operations.
Lydia EL Pinkham’s Vegetable Compound is made ex
clusively from roots and herbs, and is perfectly harmless,
The reason why it is so successful is because it contains
ingredients which act directly upon the female organism,
restoring it to healthy and normal activity.
Thousands of unsolicited and genuine testimonials such
as tlic following prove the efficiency of this simple remedy.
Ca loma, Wlsconrhi. — “ For tlirco years I was.
troubled with female weakness. Irregularities,
backache and bearing down pains. I saw an ad
vertisement of Lydia E. I’iukliuin’s Vegetables
Compound and decided to try it. After taking
several bottles I found it was helping me, and I
must say that I am perfectly well now and can
not thank you enough for what Lydia K. Pink-
ham’s Vegetable Compound has done for me."
— Mrs. «Tohn tVentlund, It. F. I)., No. 3, Box CO,
Colonia, Wisconsin.
Women who arc suffering from those dis
tressing ills peculiar to their sex should not lose sight of
these facts or doubt the ability of Lydia E. Pinkham’s Veg-
, etable Compound to restore their health.

How many children can testify that
their lives are set apart for lives of un-
selfiseness, of sympathy, of services?
At this service there were no dry eyes,
no unresponsive hearts. Stong men
bowed before the power that could take
those delicately nurtured, cultured girls
and led them out into lands of darkness,
into discomfort, into loneliness, into
genaration from home. With face in
which shown "the light that never fell
on land or sea."
The honor of intercession which wss

here that the thought was impressed
for us to pray that the great evils
centered in the cities may be over
thrown and that men may be roused to
a sense of their responsibility for civic
righteousness and presonal uprightness.
That the church may set itself the
great task to redeem the citieB.
