io the Constitution oi Georgia to be
vc ted on at the general election, to be
held in November, 1918. to amend ar-
ilcle 6, section 13, paragraph 1, of the
’onstitution, relative to increase in
salaries of Judges of the Supreme
ourt, Court oi Appeals, and Superior
Court.

WHEREAS, the General Assembly
at its session in 1917 proposed an
amendment t the Constitution of this
State, as set forth In an act approved
August 21st, 1917, to-wit:
An Act to amend paragraph 1, ol
seciion 13, of article u, of the Consti
tution of Georgia, in so far as ilie
same relates to salaries of the Justices
of the Supreme Court and of the
ludges of the Court r.f Appeals, and
of the Judges of the Superior Courts,
so as to fix the salaries of the Justices
of the Supreme Court at $5,900.00 cant
per annum, and tho salaries of the

General Assembly of the State of
Georgia, and it is hereby enacted by
