The land has timber and water on it amply to supply the place and is convenient to Gough, which is located on the Georgia and Florida Railroad two miles away.
Convenient to Churches and schools. Gough has several good stores and a school building with ample room .for 100 or more children, two churches and a good bank.
There is very little waste land on this place, and it is well drained and high enough to make health good. It has a ginnery located on the place and three good large
dwelling houses with numerous tenant houses and out houses, such as barns and cotton houses.
We know of land right next to this land on this placr, wheee they are getting $300 worth of cotton per acre this year. We will be glad to help you in the way of fi
nance, fertilizer and in any other way that we possibly can, and will expect you to call upon us for any assistance which you may need.
