322nd district, G. M., of said county,
containing 100 acres, more or le3s,
bounded on the north by lands of Miss
Mattie Kell, on the east by the lands
of Jesse McCullar and the lands of
Irwin Reese, on the south by the lands
cf if. A. Glad in and on the west by
lands of Miss Mattie Keil.
Said land being the land drawn by
Mrs. Josephine Brown in the partition
of the estate of her father, Julius Ivey,
and the lands whereon she recently
resided.
This sale is made for the purpose of
paying the debts of Mra. Josephine
Brown, deceased, and making distri
