highest bidder for cash, the following
described tract of land, situate, lying
and baing in the city of Milledgeville,
said state and county.
All the interest that I (R. H. Ma
son) have or may in the future have
in all that tract of land in the city
of Milledgeville, Baldwin county, Geor
gia, in lot which said
property contains one acre, more or
less, and bounded as follows: On the
north by Baldwin street; on the east
by Elbert street; on the south by the
lands of the estate of Henry Wright
and others on the west by lands of
J. W. McMillan. The above described
property being the same lot of land
on which Nanie Alexander now resides
^Feb. 20, 1913) dt formerly belonging
to Rebeeca (Rachel) Bailey, with all
improvements thereon, said land levied
on as the property of R. H. Mason, to
satisfy an execution issued on the 31st
day of July, 1922, from the Superior
court of Baldwin county, Georgia, in
favor of Ida Davis, against R. H. Ma
son.

August 2nd, 1922, on the following
property as of the defendant, saiid Ed

cash, the following parcel of land, to-

said lot fronts North on Hancock
street 68 1-2 feet, and runs back in a
southerly direction 210 feet, and Is
bounded as follows: On the North
by Hancock street; on the Blast by
tbe land of E. N. BJnnis; on the South
L-y the land of Mrs. Annie H. McComb:
and on the West by the land of Mrs.
W. D. Brown. The north boundary of
said lot is 68 1-2 feet. The East and
West boundaries are each 210 feet in
length and the southern boundary Is
72 feet.
Said sale is made for the purpose
of paying, a certain promissory note
dated April 1st, 1920, and due twelve
months after its date, for the sum of
$5040.00 principal, and signed by J. C.
Stile, W. C. Green and J. A. Stiles,
and payable at Exchange Bank; and
also to pay the interest on said note
at the rate of eight per cent, per an
num from April 1st, 1922, to the time
of sale; and also to pay the expense
of this advertisement and sale. A
conveyance will be executed to the
purchaser by tbe undersigned ns au
thorised iti tbe deed granting the pow
er.
