the Undersigned will sell on theFirst
Tuesday in November 1922, at public
Sale, at the Court House door in said
County, during the legal hour* of sale,
tu the highest bidder for cash, the
fellowing property to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land aita-
ate, lying andbeing in the 115tli Diet
0. M. Baldwin County, Georgia, con
taining Three Hundred and Forty Cno
acres, mo.ro or less, and bounded on
the North by lands of W. .1. O'Quinn,
On the East by lands of Torn Smith
and lands of W. J. O'Quinn, and land
el Ella Brundage. On the South by
lands of R. C. Robson, and on the
West by lands of Mrs. Minnie Base,
lands of W. J. O'Quinn, and Town
Creek. The above bounded 341 acres,
more or less, lies in one body and it
being the same tract of land on which
the said T). T. Medlin and his Father
now reside.
The said sale i3 had for the purpose
of paying a certain promissory note
touring date of the i4th. day of 1920,
and payable May 14th. 1921, and made
and executed by the said D. T. Medlin,
auid note being for the sum of Thirty
One Hundred and Fifty dollar, prin
cipal, stipulating for interest from
date at the rate of Eight per cent per
annum, the total amount due on said
note being Thirty One Hundred and
Fifty Dollars, principal, and Five
Hundred and Seventy Five and ten
one Hundred Dollars interest, to
gether with Jhe costs of this proceed
ing, including ten per cent Attorneys
fees, as provided in said Deed with
Power of Sale.

thu purchaser by the undersigned, as
authorized in said Deed witli Power

to law, a petition, of which a true
end correct copy is subjoined, will
be presented to the Honorable James
i. Park, Judge of the Superior Court,
at chambers at the court house in Jas

tate of the said inors consists of a
five-ninths undivided interest in re
mainder after the life estate of peti
tioner, VV. H. Hall, in the following
described land, to-wit: All th.it tract
of land lying and being in the City
of Milledgeville, Georgia, in Square
No. US, fronting south on Montgomery
Street and running back in a North
erly direction two hundred and ten
feet, and bounded on the East by the
lauds of C. P. Schell and on the
West by the land of J. H Knnis,
whereon is located the old dwelling
house of Judge Iverson L. Harris.
Par. 3. Petitioner says that the
entire property brings a yearly gross
Income of $420.00. The taxes and in- 1
surance paid on the same amounts to
$115.00, and the ordinary repairs
$150.00, leaving a net income of $135.00
| to the life tenant. Petitioner further
I says that the dwelling on the lot is
fast going into decay, and in a few
years th e house will not be fit for
occupancy and no income will be de
rived from the property. He says the
interest of his said wards in the prop
erty is worth $2,000.00 Petitioner
says he has no funds, sither of his
own or belonging to- his wards, with
which to improve the said property.
Par, 4, Petitioner desires to sell

ale, and desires to reinvest the pro
eeds of said sale in United States
