The other $10,000 is for injuries sus

arc set down for hearing in common
plea* court No. 1. The total ntuouut
involved is $10,700, the odd hundreds
being seven weeks' sa’arv, which the
beauty alleges is due on last year'
engagement. The $10,000 is for
breach of contract this season. Mr.
Forepaugh, the petition avers, en
gaged to provide Miss Montague a
stateroom in her travels about the
