Whv this wonderful sale of a new
remedy iu so shorty time with, so lit
tle advertising?
It must be confessed that it is because
B. B. B. has proven itself to possess
merit in the Cure of blood, skin and
kidney diseases. Hundreds of home
certificates attest the fact of our claim
that in Atlanta and many other points
B. B. B. are “on top, ; ’ and will stay
there. Many persons desire to know
how the B. B. B. acts on the system.
By entering the circulation, it modi
fies the vitiated blood globules, in
creases the red corpuscles, antagonizes
all poison, vitalizes and regondrates
the flagging forces, furnishes the pa
bulum for rich, new blood, eliminates
all poison through the secrctious,. and
increases the appetite, while, by its
wonderful action upon the pores of
the 3kin, the kidneys, liver and gland
ular system, all effete and impure
matter*is speedily conducted from the
body; leaving the blood--pure, fresh
and’healthy.
By its magical alterative powers,
B* B. It. unloads the blood of all im
purities, unlocks the liver, arouses all
secretions, restores nature to iu nor
mal condition, unclouds the troubled
brain, clears and beautifies the com
plexion. cheers the despondent,
strengthens the feeble, calms tin; dis
turbed nerves, and induces quiet and
peaceful slumbers. It has been in use
over twenty-five years as a private
prescription in the South.
It is no far-fetched, foreign-found
or dream-discovered subterranean
wonder, but is a scientific and happy
combination of recognized vegetable
blood poison agents, efleeted after
many years of constant use and ex
periment in the treatment of thousands
of some of the most appalling cases of
scrofulous, syphilitic and cutaneous
blood poisons ever known in the State,
resulting iu complete arid unparalleled
cures oT pronounced incurable cases.
Send to Blood Balm Co., Atlanta,
Ga., for a copv of their Book of Vr on-
depj, free, filled with information
about Blood and Skin Diseases, Kid
ney Complaints, etc.

au interesting little story of a visit by

the man milliner. “Mr. Worth’s.

Mr. Lyddev, “aud is one of the most
magnificent in mil France. A battalion
of men are engaged in keeping the
broad grounds in order, and an army
of servants is employed indoors.
Worth himself is a a .Englishman, with
a decidedly British, accent, but his
mother, I believe, was a Frenchwoman,

pieces of riugs and cliques.
Tbe local enterprise of these papers
makes them interesting, while their
editorial independence gives them their
influence. They are appreciated by
their readers, and their prosperity ^ is
not only well earned, but in many in
stances has been almost phenomenal. *
No city paper, however newsy awl
complete in its character, can take tbe
place of a county paper. It may fur
nish, owing to its great ad^vantages and
large circulation, four times the read
ing matter of a country paper at one-
balf the cost, yet, tbe Xornino Newa
has always maintained that it is -the
pleasure and the duty "of every good
and intelligent citizen to first take his
county paper, and it rarely fails timt
it is the first paper read by himself, as
well as his farailly.
There is one very important poiut
about a countryjjaper that many j»eo-
E le do not understand; or appreciate.
f the circulation is loss than 2,000 the
publisher cannot aiford, except under
very favorable bitcumstanees, to fur
nish it to his patrons at a less price
than from $! .50 to $2 per year, even
where he gets cash in advance, and
when he lets out bis paper on a credit,
25 per cent, of his business may he
charged to profit and loss.
The local paper is such a great factor
in building up and developing a com
munity and its institutions that self-
interest, if not appreciation and local
pride, should, and .generally does,
secure for it a liberal support.
