of Charles il. l’nrmlce, that by deed of moilgage
dated the first day of January, 1RG2, William S. Wise
conveyed to snid Uariulee certain lots and parts of
lotsof land, lying iu tin* seventh district of linker
county, known os numbers t wo hundred nnd forty,
(24U) and two huudred and two, (202) each contain
ing two hundred and fifty acres, and lot number two
hundred and one, (261) with the exception of fif
tr« n and one-sixth acres oil* of tho south end of said
lot, and the undivided one-half of hi number two
hundred aad thirty-nine, the said part of 201 con
taining two hundred ami thirty-four nnd five-sixth
acres, and the said part of two hundred nnd thirty-
nine coutainlng one hundred nnd twenty five acres,
for the purpose of securing tho payment of three
(ll) promissory notes made by the said Wise, each
dated tlie said 1st of January, 1862, nnd payable
with interest from date, one payable twelve months
after date, for $21H6 Hi, twenty nine hundred and
sixteen dollars and sixteen cents ; tho second pay
able two years alter dale lor said sum ($21*1(1 16)
and tha third note due three years alter date, for
the said sum of $2616 !<• The whole of said notes
amounting to the said sum of Kighty-fteven Hun
dred nnd Forty-Eight Dollars and forty-eight cents,
and which said notes are now due mid unpaid.
It is ordered that said William H. Wise do pay
into this Court by the first day of next term, the
principal, interest and cost due upon "aid notes, or
show cause, if any he can, lo the contrary, and in
default thereof foreclosure to lie granted to the said
Charles II. Parmlee of said mortgage, ami the
equity of redemption of the said William S. Wise,
therein be forever barred, nnd Hint service of this
rule be perfected on anid William S. Wise accord
ing to law.
