next June, the suru of thirty -five hundred dollars,
with interest from the 1st day of January 1804, and
all legal costa which hate accrued, and on
failure so to do, to forfeit the equity of redemption
on and to lot of land number (8421 containing 250
acres, more or less, and fractional lot number 313
containing one hundred and three and three-fourthi
acres, More or less. Hald landi lying and being in
the lal district of Dougherty county.
And 11 is further ordered that this Rule be aerv-
ml upon said Defendants, or their epeclal agent or
attorney, at least three months previous to the first
day of next June, and that said Rule be published
