friends in Biaekshear, from a man in
Morida. ‘ i fell last Monday from a

to my fellows each day of the new
year." If the resolve is made and kept
by all though llu* new year came in all
dark and dreary, though at its birth
the raindrops like tesirs were falling,
though its birthday was cloudy and
drear, yet it will be indeed a happy
new year. Every cloud shall have its
silver lining and it s close be bright and
cheerful, and the sunshine of true ioy
shall gladden our hearts, and the Ars
of plearmc gem our evening sky, mid
sunny beams from off the bright shore
of the ltmd of Eternal Light shall light
its close.
