Z1R0N Iron tonic Proved Tho Right Remedy
For This And Other Troubles.
"Sometime hack”, writes W. T. Pal
mer, of Soperton, Ga., "I was in a run
down state. My nerves were all torn
to pieces. It was an effort for me to
do my work. I did not rest well at
nights. I felt tired when morning
came, and didn’t feel like starting the
day. My skin was muddy. My appe
tite was poor. I felt very much in
need of a tonic. I thought it was the
lack of iron and decided to try Ziron,
as I heard there was no better tonic
made. I began taking it and can safe-
j ly and gladly say it did me a world of
' good. Ziron is a good all-around tonic
for young and old, and makes one feel
that life is worth living."
Ziron is an iron tonic which gives
quick, dependable strength. You need
it to put rich, red, iron-medicated
blood into your blood vessels, to steady
your nerves, put fresh color into your
cheeks and brightness into your eyeB.

care should be taken to prevent the
scum of Europe being dumped into
this country. He referred to the re
cent plot to send bombs through the
malls to prominent men as one of the
upset ideas at present rampant
throughout the country. He declared
the problem of illicit distilling, while a
local one, demanded investigation and
solution at tho hands of the grand

Farmers Holding For 35 Cents Cotton
Americus. — Four hundred and
twelve bales of cotton were sold here
for 30 cents, good middling basis, be
ing the highest price paid since De
cember 31 last. B. C. Hodges sold
one lot of 350 bales for 28 9/16 cents,
it being off grade, or on a basis of
80.25 for good middling. Warehouse
men who have been holding large lots
for 30 cents, reported farmers have
revoked their selling orders and are
now holding for 35 cents. There are
several thousand bales in Americus
warehouses, but none for sale at pre
vailing qoutations.
Sixty Bales Of Cotton Destroyed
McDonough.—Fifty or sixty bales of
cotton caught fire on the depot plat
form in course of shipment and were
burned up. By prompt response of
the fire department a serious confla
gration was averted, as a large ware
house immediately adjoining the plat
form was full to overflowing. It is
supposed a spark from a passing en
gine atarted the fire, but the origin
is not definitely known. Only the
outside of tho bales was burned over,
with but little damage.
