City Court Convened Monday
morning and began trial of a long
list of Civil cases set for trial this
week. There are120 cases on the
calendar ahd the session will be an
unusual busy one.
On Monday judgments was
taken and a number of cases with
out juries were, tried, Tuesday and
Wednesday was devoted to cases
for jury trial.
The -criminal docket will he
taken up next Monday with the
same jurors serving.
