338K acres of land, more or less, in
Houston County, Georgia, being de
scribed as follows: 136 acres of lot No.
55, and the whole of lot No. 5G contain
ing 202acres, making tlie total amount
of acreage 338,14 acres, more or less, and
being the same property sold by order of
the Superior Couit of Houston County at
the October Teitti 1901, and deeded to
Mrs. S E Slocum by the Commissioner,

and being in the 11th District of Houston
County 150 acres, more or lesB and being
that tract lying en the east side of lot
No. 44 and divided from the balance of
said lot by line running north and south
through said lot No. 44, and boundedoti
the north by lands of Mrs Mamie Homo;
East by lands of W H Tnlton;South by
public "road from Honairo to Thompson’s
Mill; and West bylands ofF. F. Walker.
The first of said above described prop
erty will be offered freed from the lien of
Dr. W B Green, and then will be offered
subject to tho lien of Dr. W. B. Green,
and the second described tract will be
offered first freed from the lions of W II
Talton and the Dannenberg Company,
and will then be offered subject to tho
liens of W. H. Talton and the Dannen-
borg Company. Whichever manner of
salo realizes the mast will be reported to
the court for confirmation.
Said sale is made subjoet to confirmation
by the eourt, and the successful bidder
will be required to deposit 10 per cent of
his said bid when made.
