Guaranty & Trust Compaay hi? deed,

lands hereinafter described, for the
purpose of securing a debt referred to
in said deed, which deed in recorded in
tho Clerk's otlice of Houston Superior
Court in book 31 of deeds, page 535.
And wher as, in said deed, said Smith
