Last week Carolyn (Mrs.
Cooper) Etheridge called for a
Cheese Fondue recipe to serve
at a breakfast. I had one in my
files but it was the “dip kind”,
not too good for a breakfast, but
grand for a fondue party. I de
cided to do a bit of "research”
and discovered a recipe for
Cheese Fondue Casserole. This
is a good one for breakfast,
lunch or even dinner, I had it
last night. So here ’lis, Carolyn,
when we need it again.

She gave me her favorite Meat
Loaf recipe, it came' from her
sister’s roommate’s mother, Mrs.
Jessie Cunningham of Madison,
Georgia 1 :..,ua cooks dinner for
her mother sometimes and this
is one of her favorites, she says
an asparagus casserole goes
well with it.
Lastly, I have a Frozen Peach
Salad, couldn't resist another
peach idea with our Georgia
Peach Season in full swing.
