Services for Earl H. Bentz,
75, who died Friday in the Per
,ry-Houston County Hospka! af
ter a long illness will be held
at 2 p. m. Sunday in the Rich
land. Pa., Church of Christ.
Burial win be in Schafferstown,
Pa.
Mr. Bentz had live in Perry
for the past five months, mov
ing here from Richland, Pa. He
was a member of the Richland
Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Ver
non W. Bentz of Perry; two
brothers. William E. Bentz and
Hiram J. Bentz, both of Rich
land; four sisters. Mrs. Martin
Kbrh of Wyomissing, Pa,, Miss
Mary Bentz and Mrs. Grace
Satfcazahn both of Richland,
and Mrs. John Werner of My
erstown, Pa.
Watson-Hunt Funeral Home
is in charge.
Leverett
runeral services for Mr.
James Hammock Leverett,
45, of 1306 Alma Avenue,
Warner Robins, were held at
2 P. M. Friday in The Chapel
of Memories, Christopher
Funeral Home. The Rev.
Rastus Salter and Rev. Eu
gene Calhoun officiated. Bu
rial was in The Leverett
Cemetery near Centerville.
Mr. Leverett was a life long
resident of Houston County
and was the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Clayton C. Leverett. He
died early Wednesday morn
ing at The Houston County
Hospital following a brief
illness. He was employed at
RAFB in The Supply De
partment and had lived in
Warner Robins sinoe 1944.
He was a member of The
Second Baptist Church.
Survivors include two bro
thers, Lynwood F. Leverett
and Leon C. Leverett both of
Warner Robins; three sisters,
Mrs. Woodrow Floyd, Coch
ran, Georgia, Mrs. Odell
Coffman, Bonaire, Georgia
and Mrs. Charlie Lambert,
Perry, Georgia; a number of
neices and nehews.
Christopher Funeral Home
of Warner Robins was in
charge of arrangements.

Services for Grantkand Ker
sey. 71, of Clearwater, Fla.,
who (bed Saturday in a Clear
water hospital, will be held
TViesday in the Moss Funeral
Home Chapel in Clearwater
with graveside services at 11
a. m. Wednesday in Evergreen
Cemetery in Perry. Eider Geo.
R. Hunt officiating.
The body will lie in state at
the Wataon-Hunt Funeral Home
from Tuesday until one hour
prior to the services.
Mr. Kersey was a native of
Thompson, Ga.. but had lived
in Houston County for a num
ber of years. He was a retired
citrus grower and peach buyer.
Survivors include one broth
er, J. W. Kersey of Kathleen;
end one sister, Mrs. B. J. Hunt
Sr. of Perry and many nieces
and nephews.

Street were held at 2 p. in.
Monday in The Chapel of Mem
ories, Christopher Funeral
Home. Rev. James G. Peters of
ficiated and burial was in The
Woodlawn Cemetery at Perry.
Mr. Amos died Saturday follow
ing a long illness.
He was a native of Alberts
vHle. Ala., and had lived in
Warner Robins for the past 25
years, moving from llnadilla.
He was a veteran of World War

72, who died Monday in a But
ler Hospital were held at 11 a.
m, Wednesday in the New Pro
vidence Baptist Church in Ma
rion County. Burial was in the
church cemetery.
Survivors include his widow

Janet Leigh. She weighed 7 lb.,
8 oz. and was born at Houston
County Hospital in Warner
Robins.

at the Macon Hospital. Mat
thew joins big sister, Wendy,
and big brother, Jeff in the
Stokes home. Hie grandparents
are Mrs. F. M. Green Jr. and

Mrs, Fred Stokes. Mrs. F. M.
Green Sr., is the baby’s great
grandmother.
