Idaka Club Holds
March Meeting
The March outing of the
Idaka Club was held at the
home of Mrs. Gary Hall,
March 28, 1972 with the
president, Mrs. Jerome
Blood worth, presiding.
Mrs. Sybil Smith was the
club’s guest speaker for the
evening. She gave a very
interesting and informative
discussion and demon
stration on floral
arrangements.
Following Mrs. Smith’s
presentation the president
conducted a business
meeting during which plans
for club projects and spring
social activities were
discussed.
Delicious refreshments
were served by hostesses

Mr. Hilderbrand is a
graduate of A. R.
Willingham High School,
attended Young Harris
College, and is a graduate of
National Automation
College. He is presently
employed as a Programmer
Analyst for the Macon-Bibb
County Computer Center.
The wedding will take
place on June 17 at Perry
First Baptist Church.

Easter Program
Bob Brewer, director of
music at the First Baptist
Church, accompanied by
Mrs. Emmit Akin par
ticipated in the Easter
program presented at the
Perry Annex, Friday
morning.
The classes, under the
direction of Mrs. Alton
Hardy, gave an inspiring
program using choral form
to present the scripture from
the book of John and the
poem “God Is”. Steve Peavy
gave his interpretation of
“What Easter Means to
Me”. Mrs. Stubbs closed the
program with prayer.
The beautiful decorations
of a cross set with dogwood
blossoms cast the stage for
the impressive program.
