payment of the indebtedness
secured by a deed to secure debt,
executed by Artis L. Wilson, Jr. to
Fickling & Walker, Inc. a Georgia
corporation, dated April 15, 1971
and recorded in Deed Book 367
Page 323 Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court, which in
debtedness and deed were
assigned and transferred by said
holder to the undersigned by
endorsement and by assignment
dated May 4, 1971 and recorded in
Deed Book 370 Page 493 said
Clerk's Office, the undersigned,
Federal National Mortgage
Association pursuant to said deed
and the note thereby secured, has
declared, and does hereby
declare, the entire amount of said
indebtedness due and payable,
and, pursuant to the power of sale
contained in said deed, will on the
first Tuesday in June 1972, during
the legal hours of sale, at the
Courthouse door in Houston
County, Georgia, sell at public
outcry to the highest bidder for
cash the property described in
said deed, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in Land
Lot 201 of the Fifth (sth) Land
District of Houston County,
Georgia, which is known and
designated as Lot 4, Block "G”
Unit No. Two, Warner Hills
Subdivision, according to a plat of
said subdivision which is of record

The said plat and the recorded
copy thereof are incorporated
herein by reference for all pur
poses.
There is a dwelling house
located on the above described
property.
This, the above described
property will be sold as the
property of Artis L. Wilson, Jr.
and will be sold subject to
restrictive covenants applicable
to said subdivision, easements of
record and 1972 taxes.
The proceeds of said sale will be
applied as provided in said deed to
secure debt, and the undersigned
will execute a deed to the pur

WHEREAS, heretofore on
August 10, 1971, GEORGE W.
BROWN and RUTH M. BROWN
did execute to Peoples Loan and
Finance Corporation of Warner
Robins, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the
State of Georgia, a certain
security deed which is of record in
Deed Book 377, Page 519-520,
Clerk's Office, Houston Superior
Court, on the following described
property, to wit:
ALL that tract or parcel of land"
situate, lying and being in Land
Lot 165, Fifth District, Houston
County, Georgia, which is known
and designated as Lot 3, Block
"G" Green Acres Estates Sub
division, Section No. 6, Addition
No. 3, according to a revised plat
of survey made by Waddle Sur
veying Company, Inc., which
revised plat of survey is recorded
in Plat Book 10, Page 250, Clerk's
Office, Houston Superior Court.
Said plat and the recrod thereof
are hereby made a part of this
description by reference thereto.
The said security deed was
given initially to secure a
promissory note of even date
therewith in the principal amount
of $3,821.40, which was due and
payable in thirty-six (36) monthly
installments of $106.15 each, in
eluding interest, with the first
installment due on September 15,
1971 and the final installment
falling due on August 15, 1974.
WHEREAS, the aforemen
tioned note has become in default
the undersigned has declared the
entire amount of said in
debtedness due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said
deed and the note secured
thereby, and pursuant to the
power of sale contained in said
deed, there will be sold, subject to
a deed to secure debt infavorof
Etheridge Company, Inc, as
recorded in Deed Book 254, Page
456, Clerk's Office, Houston
County Superior Court, by the
undersigned at public outcry
before the cour
thouse door of Houston County,
Georgia on the first Tuesday in
June, 1972, same being June 6,
1972, within the legal hours of
sale, to the highest bidder for
cash, the above described
property. The successful bidder
will assume and pay the aforesaid
deed to secure debt in favor of the
Etheridge Company, Inc. The
proceeds from said sale will be
used and applied as provided in
said deed to secure debt and
under terms of law.

SALE OF REAL ESTATE

Whereas on October 21, 1966,
EDITH PAYNE BRANTLEY and
GENE BRANTLEY did execute
and deliver to FAMILY HOME
SERVICES, INC. a certain deed
to secure debt, recorded in Deed
Book 270, Page 280 282, Clerk's
Office, Houston Superior Court;
and
Whereas there has been a
default in the term and conditions
of the said security deed which
said default has authorized and
occasioned the exercise of the
power of sale contained therein;
Now, therefore, pursuant to the
terms of said security deed, and in
exercise of the power of sale
contained therein, the un
dersigned will offer for sale to the
highest bidder, before the cour
thouse door in said county on the
first Tuesday in June, 1972, during
the legal hours of sale, the
following described property, to
wit;
All that tract or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in Land
Lot No. 178 of the Fifth Land
District of Houston County,
Georgia, and being a part of Lot
No. 18 in a subdivision known as
Norman Park Subdivision ac
cording to a play of survey thereof
made by Henry Watterson, Reg.
Surveyor No. 398 on January 14,
1966. A copy of which is recorded
in Map Book 6, page 77, Clerk's
Office, Houston Superior Court,
and the particular lot hereby
conveyed being No. 16 in a
resubdivision of Lots No. 18 and 19
of Norman Park Subdivision as
shown on a plat of said resub
division recorded in Plat Book 6,
page 129 Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court.
Both of said plats as above
referred to are by reference
hereto has been made a part
hereof for all purposes. Said lot
fronts west on Julia Drive a width
of 100 feet and runs back east with
even width for a distance of 221
feet. Said lot is conveyed subject
to the restrictive covenants
contained in that instrument
executed by Lee A. Norman and
Martha H. Norman on February
8, 1960, a copy of which is
recorded in Clerk's Off ice,
Houston Superior Court.
Conveyance of said property
will be made subject to all
easements, restrictive covenants
and other matters of record as of
date of sale, also subject to ad
valorem taxes and other
assessments which remain
unpaid at the time of sale.
