PUBLIC
All persons interested are
hereby notified that pursuant to
the Revenue Bond Law, as
amended, there has been filed in
this court a petition requesting the
validation of $3,100,000 Water and
Sewer Improvement Revenue
Bonds, Series 1971, of the City of
Warner Robins, Georgia, and that
it has been ordered by the Judge
of said court that said city, by its
proper officers, show cause
before him in chambers at Perry,
Houston County, Georgia, at 10:00
o'clock A M, on May 22, 1972, why
said bonds and the security for the
payment thereof should not be
confirmed and validated. Any
citizen of the State of Georgia,
resident of said city, may become
a party to said proceedings at or
before the time set for hearing
and may be heard at the time of
said hearing, and if dissatisfied
with the judgment of the court,
any such party may appeal
therefrom within thirty days from
the judgment, all as provided in
Act 513, Georgia Laws, 1937, as
amended.
Said bonds are dated July 1,
1971, denomination $5,000 each,
due serially on July 1 of each of
the years 1972 to 2001, inclusive,
optional for redemption prior to
maturity as provided in the
resolution authorizing such oonds,
and bear interest at 7 percent per
annum.
Said $3,100,000 Water and Sewer
Improvement Revenue Bonds,
Series 1971, of the City of Warner

purpose of paying the cost of
improving and extending the
existing water and sewer plants
and systems of said city, in
eluding the payment of
engineering, legal, fiscal and
other proper incidental expenses.
Said bonds will be paid in full on
July 1, 2001. The security to be
pledged to the payment of said
bonds is and will be the revenues
derived by said city from the
operation of its water and sewer
plants and systems on a parity
with certain outstanding Water
and Sewer Improvement Revenue
Bonds, Series 1970, of said city,
after payment from said revenues
of the reasonable and necessary
expenses of operation and
maintenance and the
requirements of certain out
standing Water and Sewer
Revenue Bonds, Series A, 1958,
Series A, 1962, and Series 8, 1958.
