Honorable Willis B. Hunt, Jr.,
Judge of the Superior Court of
Houston County, in accordance

153, Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court, which in
debtedness and deed were
assigned and transferred by said
holder to Federal National
Mortgage Association by
assignment recorded in Deed
Book 353, Page 351, aforesaid
records, which indebtedness and
deed were assigned and tran
sferred by said holder to The
Citizens And Southern National
Bank by assignment recorded in
Deed Book 363, Page 403,
aforesrid records, which in
debtedness and deed were
assigned and transferred by said
holder to Secretary of Housing
and Urban Development of
Washington, D.C., His Successors
and Assigns by assignment dated
January 18, 1972 and recorded in

pursuant to said deed and the note
thereby secured, has declared
and does hereby declare the
entire amount of said in
debtedness due and payable, and
pursuant to the power of sale
contained in said deed, will on the
first Tuesday in September, 1972,
during the legal hours of sale, at
the Court House door in Houston
County, Georgia, sell at public
outcry to the highest bidder for
cash the properly described in
said deed, to wit:
All that real estate situated and
being in Land Lot 192, Fifth Land
District, City of Warner Robins,
Houston County, Georgia, and
more particulary described as Lot
10, Block B, Section l, Fox Hill
Subdivision, which is more
particularly shown upon a plat
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page
104, Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court. Reference is
hereby made to said plat for the
metes, bounds and dimensions of
said lot, and said plat by this
reference is made a part hereof.
Also conveyed herewith is one
water heater.
This, the above described
property will be sold as the
property of RAYMOND E.
BRIDGES and BEVERLY
BRIDGES and will be sold subject
to restrictive covenants ap
plicable to said subdivision,
easements of record and 1972
taxes.
The proceeds of said sale will be
applied as provided in said deed to
secure debt, and the undersigned
will execute a deed to the pur
chaser at said sale as provided in
said deed.
