FORECLOSURE
STATE OF GEORGIA
HOUSTON COUNTY
Whereas, heretofore on
February 23, 1979, J.T. 111, Inc.
did execute and deliver to
NCNB Mortgage Corporation a
certain Security Deed to the
hereinafter described land to
secure the payment of a
certain Security Deed Note of
even date therewith for
$34,650.00, all as shown by the
record of said Security Deed in
the Office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Houston
County, Georgia, in Book 545,
Pages 450 452.
Whereas, default has been
made in the payment of the
installments provided for in
said Security Deed Note, and
NCNB Mortgage Corporation
as the owner and holder of said
Security Deed Note and said
Security Deed, has elected to
declare the entire unpaid in
debtedness described in and
secured by said Security Deed
due and payable, and the same
has not been paid.
Now, therefore, pursuant to
and in the exercise of the
power of sale contained in said
Security deed for the purpose
of collecting the indebtedness
due thereby, there will be sold
at public outcry, before the
Courthouse door in Perry,
Houston County, Georgia, on
the first Tuesday in December,
1979, to-wit; December 4, 1979,
