Flags Protest Iran
The American Flags continue to fly in
downtown Perry. The flags were ordered up
recently by Mayor James McKinley and he said
the flags will continue to fly until the hostages in
Iran are released or the problems are resolved.
The Mayor said it is the city’s way of showing
support of the U.S. Government and protest to
the manner in which Iran is holding American
citizens. (Photo by Frank Russo)
