The Security Deed secures a
Short-Term Promissory Note
(the "Note") dated March 31,
1980 in the original principal
amount of $200,000.00 made by
K.B. of Georgia, Inc, and Kurt
Bromet to the order of Neal D.
Sapp, as said Short Term
Promissory Note was tran
sferred and assigned by Neal
D. Sapp to Indio Properties,
Inc., a Nevada corporation, by
assignment dated August 28,
1980, and as said Short Term
Promissory Note was further
transferred and assigned by
Indio Properties, Inc. to
V.D.Q. Corp., a Georgia
corporation, by assignment
dated October 3, 1980.
Default has occurred and
continues by reason of the
nonpayment when due of the
indebtedness evidenced by the
Note in accordance with the
terms thereof and failure to
abide by the covenants and
conditions contained in the
Security Deed. By reason of
these defaults, the Security
Deed has been declared
foreclosable according to its
terms.
The aforedescribed real
property will be sold to the
highest bidder for cash, as the
property of K.B. of Georgia,
Inc., the proceeds to be applied
to the payment of the Note,
attorneys' fees, and the lawful
expenses of the sale, all as
provided in the Security Deed,
The aforedescribed personal
property will be sold to the
highest bidder for cash, on an
"as is, where is" basis and
without representation,
warranty or recourse, express
or implied, upon the un

SPECIAL PRESENTMENT
We, The Houston County Grand Jury, sworn
tor the November Term, 1980, convened on the
10th day of November for the purpose of selec
ting new members of the County Board of
Equalization in accordance with the provisions
of Act No. 1499 {Ga. Laws 1972, p. 1094) enacted
by the 1972 Session of the General Assembly
changing the method of taxpayer appeals on ad
valorem tax assessments.
In accordance with the above stated act the
following individuals were selected by the Grand
Jury to serve as members of the Houston County
Board of Equalization for a term of one calendar
year beginning January 1, 1980.
