sale contained in Deed to Secure Debt
dated February 11,1980, from Arlerenzo
Smith to Irish N. Smith Beal filed for
record on February 12, 1980 and
recorded in Deed Book 567 page 759 in
the office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Houston County, Georgia, the
undersigned will sell at public outcry
during the legal hours of sale before the
door of the courthouse in Houston
County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in
February in 1992, to the highest bidder
for cash, the following described real
property:
All that tract or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in Land Lot 201 of the
Fifth Land District of Houston County,
Georgia, being known and designated
as Lot 7, Block "G", Warner Hills
Subdivision, Unit 2, according to a plat
of survey prepared by Gordon Nalley,
Registered Surveyor, dated August 4,
1953, a copy of said plat being of record

The Debt secured by said Deed to
Secure Debt is evidenced by a mortgage
note dated February 11, 1980 in the
principal amount of $7,500 plus $14,000
in repairs of property and $l6O, the
amount of publication of this
advertisement executed by Arlerenzo
Smith in favor of Irish N. Smith Beal.
The debt secured by said Deed to
Secure Debt and evidenced by said
Mortgage note has been and is hereby
declared due and payable because of
grantor’s failure to comply with certain
terms and conditions in said Deed to
Secure Debt. The debt remaining in
default, this sale will be made for the
purpose of paying said indebtedness
including ail accrued and unpaid interest
thereon and attorney fees and all
expenses of said sale.
The property will be sold as the
property of Arlerenzo Smith, who, to
best of the undersigned's knowledge
and belief, is the party in possession of
said property.
Notice has been given of intention to
enforce provisions for collection of
attorney fees and foreclosure in

The Houston County Board of
Education has declared the real estate
property described below as surplus
school property, and no longer needed
in the educational program of Houston
County, and the same will never be
needed for educational purposes again.
All that tract or parcel of land lying'
and being in the Thirteenth Land District
of Houston County, Georgia, being part
of Land Lot No. 202, therein, containing
10 (ten) acres, more or less more fully
described as follows: Beginning on the
east side of the right of way of the Perry
to Elko Road at a point where the
