THE GAINESVILLE NEWS, WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 2. 1904.
>Miss Nettie Blackmore, Min
neapolis, tells how any young
woman may be permanently
cured of monthly pains by tak
ing Lydia E. Pinkham’s Vege
table Compound.
“ Young Women : — I had frequent
headaches of a severe nature, darlc
spots before my eyeis, and at my men
strual periods I suffered untold agony.
A member of the lodge advised me to
try Lydia E. Pinkham’s Vege
table Compound, but I only scorned
g ood advice and felt that my case was
opclcss, but she kept at me until 1
bought a bottle and started taking
it. I soon had the best reason in the
world to change my opinion of the
medicine, as each day my health im
proved, and finally I was entirely with
out pain at my menstruation periods.

Christy Bros. Big Minstrels.
An enjoyable program was pre
sented last night at the Grand by
the Christy Bros. Minstrels to the
capacity of the theatre. That
minstrels have not lost their hold
upon the public was fully attested
the cordial reception given at
the performance.
Some of the turns were so heart
ily encored that it was with diffi
culty that the show could proceed.
Comedians George and A1 Christy,
of course, came in for the greater
share of applause. The minstrel
first part setting was something
new in that line-—the most beau
tiful settings and effects ever seen.
The singing was good, especially
Gteorge, Fred and A1 Christy, and
the chorus also did their share to
help make the singing a feature.
The olio which followed had
some excellent features. The
fames brothers, who do buok and
sing dancing, are clever and work
hard. Walter Stock has a new
monologue which he gets off in
his inimitable style, and it is un
necessary to state that he keeps

entire time he is on the stage.

Suffering
W ill Not Help Your
, disease, but Will
Weaken Your
Nerves.
Volks who think it Is bettor to hear
pain than soothe It—are wrong.
Old-fashioned doctors used to say it
was better, because they had nothing
with which to ease pain but dangerous,
heart-paralysing drugs.
But now, that a safe remedy has
been found, Dr. Miles' Antl-Paln Pills,
It is wrong to suffer, for nothing can bo
gained but weakened nerves.
A safe rule to remember is: When
in pain, take an Antl-Paln P1U.
This will soothe your quivering Aerves.
Dr. Miles’ Antl-Paln Pills relieve pstn
by restoring the natural seoretions, In
which they differ from opium and sim
ilar narcotlo drugs, which relieve pain
by checking the aotton of the glands.
They are sure and harmless, and are
the latest medical treatment for the
oure of Headache. Neuralgia, Backache,
Rheumatism, Disslness, Toothache,
Stomachache, Menstrual (Monthly)
Fains. Also nerve irritations like Sea-
Sickness, Car-Sickness, Sleeplessness,
