is the remedy which relieves
women of the great pain and suf

hour which is dreaded as woman’s
severest trial is not only made
painless, but all the danger is re

Tate is losing ground and Thompson
gaining every day. The people are

Ireland, a work dictated by the
loftiest motives of humanity,
will be the brightest page in his
history. It was the dearest pro
ject of his long career. It is one
of the pathetic phrases which we
find in the career of so many
eminent men that his great aim,
after all, remained unaccomplish
ed.
He made the whole world ring
with his eloquent appeals tor the
oppressed in Ireland and he goaded
the lower house into passing the
measure for their relief. But in
the archaic House of Lords it was
strangled and Ireland still appeals
in vain for relief.

The roof painting done for me by Mr.

one of the most satisfactory jobs of
work which I ever had done. He
stopped all leaks in a large tin roof,
and there were a great many. His
whole transaction was fair, business
