TO FEDERAL COURT.
neys sought to have the case trane-
terred to the Federal court at At
lanta, and were successful. Ac
cordingly he will be tried for hi*
life before Judge Newman at an
early date.
As soon as any one is attacked witli
la grippe Peruna should be taken every
two hours during the day—adults a
tablespoonful, children a teaspoonful.
But it is the after-effects of la grippe
which are generally the most serious
unless Peruna is taken. In all cases-
where Peruna is taken as above during
the acute stage the recovery is prompt
and complete; but where the ordinary
treatment is followed the patient will
court. This is an unusual pro
cedure, as the United States very
rarely interferes with ^the process
of a state court in a criminal pro
ceeding, and its power to do so is
very limited.
The reason for the move in this
instance is the allegation in Wall’s
petition that he was a “still spot
ter” and it is impossible for him to
secure justice at the hands of a
Rabun county jury, the sympathies
of the people being largely with
the blockaders. It will be remem
bered that Wall shot and killed a
man of the name of O’Byrne in
Rabun county last summer. He
was arrested, brought to Gaines
ville and lodged in jail, to await
his trial at the fall term of Rabnn
before
ness, slight headache, want of appetite,
and many other symptoms of low vi
tality. Such people should begin - at
ojice the use of Peruna—a tablespoonful
before each meal, gradually increasing
the dose to two tablespoonfuls.
Mrs. Theophile Schmitt, wife of the
Ex-Secretary of the German consulate,
writes the following letter to Dr. Hart,
man in regard to Peruna :
