sermon last Sunday morning and it

was given the eloquent and learned

Monday morning at 11 o’clock the
senior class exercises took place. This
was of course, the most interesting
feature of the commencement to the
faculty and students and it was no less
interesting to the audience. The pa
pers prepared'and read by the class
were excelledt.
Monday evening the first concert of
the Georgia musical festival [occurred.
Those taking part under special ar
rangement were: Miss Elsa Marshall,
soprano; Madame Nina D’Alvigny,
contralto; Mr. Ellison Van Hoose,
tenor; Oscar J. Ekrgott, baritone. Sig.
violinist, and Dr. Ferrata,
