first found by Tom Cooper, who
was passing down the track after
the accident happened. Coroner
Dorsey was immediately sum
moned and the body was carried
to his Undertaking establishment
and prepared for burial.

boy, was preparing to go home

ployed, when he heard that a boy,
driving a one-horse wagon, had
been run over and HI led by a train
at the Southern depot. Ab he had

sure it was he who had been killed,

Young Logan had been to the
Queen City Planing Mills with a
one-horse wagon for a load of Imp-,
her. Failing to get it, he was on
his way home, and as he was
crossing the Southern railway

ANOTHER SNOW
For the third time this fall snow
fell here Tuesday afternoon. It
only lasted an hour, and had not
the ground been frozen, it would
have soon disappeared. It is
quite unusal for three different
snows to fall in this section before
Christmas. The weather man
says this December is the most
severe of any in many years.
