A33E YOU FEELING BADLY?
Mr. W. E. Crockett of Gaines
ville, has been in Washinfcon this
week and the rumor is revived
that he is to be appointed Interal
Revenue Collector to succeed the
negro Rucker. The following
special from Washington, printed
in the Atlanta Constitution of
Wednesday, would ind|pate that
he is somewhat closer to the Presi
dent than some others: Senator
Clay called at the white house to
day with Lieutenant W. E..Crock-
etfc, of Gainesville, who was a
member of the “Rough Riders''
during the Spanish war. It was
Senator Clay’s ltnention to intro
duced Lieutenant Crockett tb the
president but as soon as the young
Georgian entered the room, the
president recognized him and ex
claimed: “Why, Crockett, bow
are you?” The room was filled
with callers, and the distidction
was very^graftying to Lieutenant
Crockett. The president bad a
pleasant chat with his comarde
and Beemed in no hurry to bring
the interview to a cln«e.

• Many so-called “bitters” are not
medicines, but simply liquids disguised,
so as to evade the law. Prickly Ash
Bitters is not one of this class. It is
strictly a medicine, acting primarily on
the kidneys, liver and bowels, and for
the dangerous diseases that attack
these organs it is a remedy of the first
grade. There is nothing objectionable
in its taste, it has an agreeable flavor
and is acceptable to the most delicate
stomach. DR. E. E. DIXON & CO.
